A useful bug report
Tell us what happened.
- Your device model and operating-system version.
- The game version, shown in Settings → Help / About → About.
- The chapter and warehouse, or which Extra Shift you were playing.
- What you did just before the problem, and whether it happens again.
- Your control layout, or the name of your controller.
A screenshot or short video can help. In the game’s Support screen, Copy details copies the displayed version and settings for you to paste into your message. It does not send a report.
Please don’t include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Check screenshots for anything personal before sending them.

Where is my progress saved?
Your career and control settings are saved on your device. Forklift Panic does not have an online account or its own cloud-save or transfer service.
Don’t delete and reinstall the game to troubleshoot. Deleting it can remove your progress. Normal in-place updates should keep your save. Device backups may include it, depending on your settings.
The game says it couldn’t save.
Stay on the results screen and use Retry save. Check that your device has free storage. Avoid leaving the results while rewards are still unsaved. If it keeps happening, tell us the exact message.
Can I change the controls?
Yes. Open Settings to choose buttons, the direction thumbstick, or hybrid steering with drive buttons. You can adjust their size, position and opacity. Compatible controllers are supported too.
You can replay Driving introduction from the main-menu Settings to practise without the shift timer.
How do I unlock the next chapter?
Earn at least one star to unlock the next warehouse. Passing the tenth warehouse unlocks the next chapter and its matching Extra Shift.
Campaign stars pay coins when first earned. Return with better upgrades for the remaining stars, or play Extra Shifts for repeatable earnings.
There’s no sound, or the game is running slowly.
Check the game’s mute setting and Music and Effects sliders, then your device volume and audio output. For performance, try a lower resolution in Settings and let a hot device cool down.
If the problem continues, include the warehouse and describe whether it happens indoors, around busy traffic or during an outdoor crossing.
Can I download the game yet?
Forklift Panic is currently in development for iPhone and iPad. A public download link will be added to this site when it is available.
