Forklift Panic does not send your gameplay, progress or control settings to JP Soft. Emailing support and visiting this website are separate activities, described below.
Who is responsible?
Forklift Panic is made by Jaroslav Pokorny under the name JP Soft. Jaroslav Pokorny is responsible for the personal information handled for this website and player support.

Information in the game
The current game works without an account or internet connection. It does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, in-app purchases or an online game service. JP Soft does not receive automatic gameplay reports or uploaded saves.
The game stores the following on your device:
- Career progress, stars, best results, coins, unlocked chapters, vehicles and purchased upgrades.
- Extra Shift rewards and records needed to save earnings correctly.
- Sound, resolution, controls and introduction preferences.
- Local engine logs that may contain technical diagnostic messages.
The game does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location. Artwork, maps and music are bundled with it. If you use a paired controller, the game receives its control input through your device.
Saves, deletion and device backups
Local progress and preferences remain on your device until replaced or removed. On iPhone and iPad, Delete App removes the local app data; Offload App normally keeps it. Deleting the app can permanently remove progress.
Your operating system may include app data in backups, depending on your settings. Backed-up copies may remain or be restored until you manage those backups. Forklift Panic does not operate its own cloud-save or account-deletion service.
Apple’s App Store, operating-system backups and any optional diagnostics you choose to share are governed by Apple’s settings and policies. They are separate from the game’s offline save system.
When you contact support
If you email JP Soft, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email service, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these only to answer you, investigate your issue and provide support. We do not use support emails for marketing.
The game’s Copy details action copies only the displayed version/build, platform, resolution and control layout. Email support opens a draft for you to review. Neither action sends anything automatically or attaches your save or logs.
Resolved support conversations are deleted within 12 months of resolution, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. If that applies, we retain only what is needed for that obligation. Your email provider and Microsoft may separately retain service records or backups under their policies.
Where GDPR or similar law applies, we handle support messages on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests and resolving game issues. We keep the information limited to what is needed for that purpose. Processing required by law is based on the relevant legal obligation.
When you visit this website
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Delivering and protecting a website involves processing connection and request information, which can include your IP address, browser information, the requested page and the time of access. Cloudflare handles service and security data under its own policies.
We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, embedded social feeds or sign-up forms. The site’s own code does not set cookies or use local storage. Images and styles are served with the site, without external font or video embeds. Hosting security features may process additional technical data as described by Cloudflare.
Our purpose is to deliver a functioning, secure website. Where applicable, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting it. We do not maintain a separate visitor database or copy of access logs. Cloudflare controls retention of its service and security records under its policies.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery. Microsoft Outlook hosts the support mailbox; your own email provider also processes messages you send. Their processing, security, retention and international-transfer arrangements are described in their notices:
These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, using the safeguards described in their policies. Following an external link takes you to that provider’s website.
JP Soft does not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed if required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can play without contacting support. If you do contact us, share only what is needed to explain the problem. There is no automated profiling or decision-making by JP Soft that has legal or similarly significant effects.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information we hold, restrict its processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights can have legal limits. Contact jpsoftsupp@outlook.com; we may need enough information to verify that the request is yours.
JP Soft cannot retrieve or erase a save that exists only on your device. You control that data and any device backups. You can also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority, such as Datatilsynet in Norway.
Changes to this notice
If the game, website or support practices change, this notice will be updated with a new date. Any future online features, advertising or purchases would need an updated explanation of their data handling.
